Texas Marriage Court Records

by Ben Dave

As a prominent state with one of the largest populations, Texas is well advanced in the area of public records. Total Texas Marriage Records amount to greater than 6 million and they are easily available through both public and private channels. The largest database is believed to be at the Texas Vital Statistics Office under the Department of State Health Services of Texas but private information brokers are also a popular source of public marriage records.

Marriage records in the state of Texas were the first of the principal records to be centrally filed and maintained at the Texas Vital Statistics Office which functions as the state repository. It started in 1966 and they were then followed by Texas Divorce, Death and Birth Records in subsequent years. Texas Marriage Records prior to that year may still be obtainable but they would have to be retrieved at the respective counties where the marriages were solemnized.

Texas County Marriage Records were at just that, county level. They are known to date back as early as 1837. The administration and procedures then were not as sound as those of today and as a result, a good portion of them failed to survive the hazards and transition through the ages. Those that have made it are now filmed and re-established. But then, the most actively searched ones are really those pertaining to the current generations and they come as comprehensive as the Privacy Act (1974) permits.

By token of Texan laws, a great deal of information can be derived from such database. They are public records and everyone has the right to them. People can literally access and assess anyone's entire marital past and present on demand. Documents such as Marriage License, Certificate and Verification Letter are typical and so are related divorce matters. Particulars of involved parties like parents, witnesses and conducting officers or ministers are also standard information. Marriage records are however not linked between states. As a result, marriages in other states will not show up in a Texas public marriage record search and vice-versa.

Different folks search marriage records in different ways but it's done by far the most frequently through the net. They are convenient, swift, clean and quiet. You can buy them or find them but each has its price and purpose. The free ones save on financial cost but they typically can't match up to the paid ones in terms of quality and delivery. Given the immense competition in the information industry, a nominal financial outlay will generally fetch a high degree of worthy professional service.

Going by the sheer volume of search, Texas Marriage Records has to be the top record category within the state. The most common reason for them is checking out a romantic partner. It's also a requisite in the application for a Marriage License. Other reasons for conducting their search include Family Tree research and other legal and investigative pursuits. People are also increasingly self-checking their marriage records just be to sure that they're not shortchanged on that count as they become aware of the increased likelihood of their being checked.

Hen Night Accessories To Really Get The Party Going!

by Penny Bridesworthy

When planning a Hen Night for you and a group of your best friends, what little things can be done to keep the night fun? The devil is in the details and when organising a Hen Night, dont be afraid to use some accessories to promote the affair. Hen night accessories can range from the sublime to the really naughty and can jazz up any party. Remember, this is the final wild hurrah before married life, so make it count!

Sometimes the most fun and easiest way to accessories is to match. Donning some matching t-shirts for the girls in your group, or some custom accessories to show the world what youre up to is always a fun way to identify your group. Just about anything from pictures of the blushing bride to cartoon mischief on the front of those shirts should let people know what youre celebrating.

Spice it up! One suggestion we recommend is to think up a motif for you and your girlfriends. On www.cocky-hen.com you will find heaps of ideas for Hens Night, such as a devil motif. Simply put on some horns to show people youre out to be little devils, and perhaps you can have some fun with the eye makeup at the same time. As well, theres nothing wrong with wearing some fun black wings to emphasise the image.

If this doesnt fit your image, then think about some naughty gifts. Everything from lacy lingerie to oddly-shaped massagers can be included and thats not all.

Where are you going to have the party? Simply adding handouts, such as streamers, hats or buttons can boost the atmosphere. Perhaps even something as really naughty as bottle trainers designed in precarious shapes (to help the bride-to-be with her form) can jazz up the atmosphere and get people in the right frame of mind.

Also, why not make small changes to some existing games? If youre at a pub, convince the publican to exchange that dart board for some appendage-themed entertainment. Its only for an evening and the majority of bars are happy to help.

Hen Party Ideas For A Night To Remember

by Penny Bridesworthy

How do you kick off your Hens Night and make it memorable for you and your girls? There are several cheeky suggestions for getting everyone loosened up and ready to party and this article is going to lay out what fun things you can do to see your night is carried out right, with the best hen party ideas out there!

First off, youll need some ice breakers to jazz up the atmosphere. Alcohol does the job nicely, but beyond that, some no-nonsense party games along with your favourite wine and chocolates can get tongues wagging and smiles growing. Perhaps a game of Ive never ever. Give each guest a name tag or badge (some great badge hints can be found at www.cocky-hen.com.) and a list of crazy acts. Ask each girl if theyve never ever and fill in the blank. Its a fantastic way to get to know your party guests and to liven up the atmosphere.

Next on the agenda, food is an important ingredient to provide your ladies with the energy theyll be needing for partying later. Cheese and chocolate is always a favourite, and what can be considered more indulgent than having an exotic wine and chocolate tasting party? After this, offer a variety of small dishes that the girls can mix and match and ensure that they are fun! This is not the occasion to be stressing about calories. Choose some food that will make you feel good and go from there.

After this, it wouldnt hurt to do the bride-to-be up a little. Choose a motif and run with it: maybe the horny little devil or the naughty nurse. Give the hen in question a cap and outfit that plays out her role really well and let the present opening commence!

A word on presents. All of your practical gifts will be handed out during the wedding, so it is important to make your gifts as embarrassing and cheeky as you can during the Hens Night party. Everything from gag massagers to risky lingerie is all fair game for a not so decent gift. For added fun coordinate with the other hens concerning what theme youre going with.

Some good gift ideas include, but should not be limited to, handcuffs, lingerie, massage oils, scented lubricants, candles and all sorts of other items that can make the night after the wedding as interesting as the night before.

The Hen Night doesnt have to be boring or uncomfortable for anyone, provided the mood is right and the guests are playful. Dont be afraid to experiment with what you want. Remember, have fun, be daring and never forget the goal of the night is to have fun!
